Due to growth in our client base and client services, Lindemeyer CPA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a regional tax and financial services firm that has been in business for over 40 years. Our services include tax planning and preparation, business financial services such as A/P and A/R management, bookkeeping, P&L reporting, payroll, QuickBooks, and Peachtree consulting, along with financial planning.
We are a firm that works with small to mid-sized businesses in all different stages including start-up, high growth, mature and succession planning. For that reason, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant with exceptional customer service and communication skills. Under the direct supervision of the Firm Operations Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support for the firm including but not limited to greeting clients, answering central telephone system, preparing outgoing mail, file and retrieve client files, and setting up the conference room for client meetings.
– Associates’ degree in Business Administration or related degree
– Two (2) years of related experience
– Strong interest in working directly and indirectly with clients
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Preferred Education and Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree
– Three (3) or more years of related experience
